1) Sharing All Out Weekend with my son, who this year rekindled his pro wrestling fandom. We drove to the Chicago area from central Missouri, caught 4 wrestling shows in 3 days (Black Label Pro, GCW, Effy’s Big Gay Brunch and AEW All Out) and shared real quality time together.

2) Discovered some fun stuff on streaming services: episodes of the Brit comedy game show “Taskmaster” on YouTube, “Chicago Party Aunt” on Netflix and the old Fox sitcom “Raising Hope” on Hulu.

3) Landed a signed print of your Cody Rhodes piece in a raffle. Best $10 I spent in 2022.

Thanks for sharing your talent and creativity with us and best wishes for a healthy and prosperous 2023.

So for me I was at the Royal Rumble in St Louis and I know everyone said it was terrible but I don’t know if it was being there live but for me I loved every minute of it!They started with Roman and Seth. Roman comes out. Cool, right! I am on the floor behind the announcers on side Corey Graves sits on and I am on the aisle nine rows back. Seth’s music hits but it’s not his music. It’s the Shields music! Wow! So we start looking for him and my friend finds him right behind us in the lower level! He start walking down are aisle and walks right by me and I literally brush shoulders with him! I got video and pictures of it. There are pics of me as they race up the aisle in the show on peacock to film Seth. I could have gone home right there. That made my night! I loved every match and both rumbles! Me and my buddy got excited for every rumble entry and we got to see Lesnar and Rousey win! I got to watch some of the pre show. It was just a blast. I also got to take home one of those souvenir chairs like I always wanted to! Definitely a bucket list item for me.

Another moment for me was I went to the Raw in Kansas City, MO on Labor Day! We decided to go less than a week before. It was the first Raw after Clash at the Castle. It was rumored Braun was coming back. We got lower level seats on hard camera side near the middle. My favorite was seeing Kevin Owens goad Theory into a match and I got great picks of him giving him a stunner. I also loved the Edge, Mysterio, Judgement Day segment. People rip Dom’s in ring skills but I love what he’s doing with Judgement Day and you can’t argue with the major heat he gets. So the tag team 4 way is happening and I decide that it’s a good time to go get a drink. Than I hear the roars. I get back to see the end of Brauns return! He looked huge! The cage match and Lumis was a treat! Just a great show!

Also sandwich in between these shows am I allowed to mention I went an AEW Dynamite in June! I had front row seats on the inside by ramp! It was amazing. I got a picture with Ref Aubrey Edwards and her autograph. I also got FTR’s autographs. I saw Jon Moxley wrestle Kyle O’Reiley and Eddie Kingston wrestle Jake Hager. Those were the two matches that stood out to me and I am not sure they were the main ones. I

It was my first shows in a long time. I had inherited some money from my parents and I decided to have fun with some of it and I sure did!

Those are all amazing experiences, Jason! Katy and I worked backstage at the Rumble, our first time at one and had a blast. I remember Rollins walking by me in the Shield gear and I said, “Love it” and he gave me one of his trademark grunts before heading out.

That Raw was a lot of fun, too! Earlier that day I was sitting in catering with some of the boys and Otis was talking about how Braun was going to toss him around and we were getting a good laugh out of it.

And I’m so glad you got so much in-person interaction at the AEW show! The FTR guys are both particularly great. I always enjoyed talking with them when they were with WWE.

What I liked most this year...man, I FINALLY went to my first Mania this year (I’m from the UK). Been watching since the early 90s, so it was long overdue! The whole trip was an incredible, unforgettable and dare I say, life changing experience. I went alone but met lots of fellow Brits over there, made friends, had a blast and now a few of us are set to travel to LA for 39 together. Meeting Rob at Axxess was also a big highlight of course! Just when I thought my wrestling high couldn’t get any higher, 5 months later comes Clash at the Castle, in my home country of Wales! To be ringside for that was out of this world and the Brits, as always, were on top form. Singing along to Edge’s theme song at the top of our lungs, seeing his reaction, that is one of my personal favourite live moments that’ll stay with me forever ❤️

One of Katy and I's favorite parts of Axxess every year are the UK fans who come over for WrestleMania! The passion and positivity you all have is so fun to be around. And yeah, Clash at the Castle was a really special show. I can only imagine how powerful it must have been for you being there in person!
